Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)

PBT was developed by Australian Ballet dancer and adjudicator, Marie Walton-Mahon and is a great compliment to ballet, identifying and correcting imbalances while building the right kind of muscle memory that you can bring into your ballet class.
This class using the large fitball is taught online only and requires a fit ball, 20cm fusion / pilates ball, a small hard hand / lacrosse ball and 2m theraband.

(Minimum of one year's recent ballet training)

Serena holds PBT certification in all 3 Levels.

PBT Exercises using the small fusion ball have been incorporated in the studio Ballet Floor-barre class on Saturdays and the studio Body Conditioning class on Tuesdays.
