Pre-Improvers

This class focuses on building technical strength and confidence while polishing arm, head & leg coordination in preparation for Improvers 1. Some classes will be taken without the barre. Suitable for those who are confident and polished with all Beginners 3 material (including Beginner-General) or for those already attending Improvers 1 who need a little extra help.
There are supporting handouts and videos for each lesson.

Pre-Improvers with Prep for Pointe

*Because of the Bank holidays, Monday courses will start and finish later and run without a mid-term break. Lesson #3 will be on Tuesday 27th May during the half-term break

Prep for Pointe - A 30 min add-on class which will work on building strength, mobility and articulation in the feet. This class will be done in socks and / or soft ballet shoes and is ideal for those preparing for or attending pointe classes (particularly the complete beginners pointe class on Thursdays) but also suitable for those not doing pointe who want to improve their “ballet feet”. You must attend the preceding Pre-Improvers class.
